Processing role
For managed device data, the business customer generally determines the purpose of device management. PRYME processes relevant information to provide the enterprise mobility management service, support, troubleshooting, security, and audit functions.
Categories of data
- Customer organization and administrator account data
- Device enrollment records and identifiers where available and permitted
- Device model, operating system, management mode, and policy status
- Managed application inventory and configuration records
- Compliance events, remote action records, and audit logs
- Support requests and technical troubleshooting records
Purpose limitation
Managed device information is processed for enterprise device management, service delivery, security, compliance, support, and lawful business administration. It is not processed for advertising or sale to third parties.
Deletion and export
Customers may request export or deletion of customer-controlled records. Some records may be retained for legal, security, audit, dispute, or backup reasons for a limited period.
Recommended customer notices
Customers should provide end users with a notice explaining that the device is managed, what policies apply, what information may be visible to administrators, who to contact for support, and how personal use should be handled on managed devices.
