PRYME Enterprise Mobility is intended for business customers that manage company-owned or business-authorized Android devices. This policy applies to our website, product console, support services, and related enterprise mobility management services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect business contact information, customer organization details, administrator account information, support communications, device enrollment information, device identifiers where available and permitted, device model, operating system version, policy status, compliance status, managed application information, security events, and administrator activity records.
3. Why we process data
We process information to provide device enrollment, policy assignment, application management, compliance monitoring, remote administration, troubleshooting, security, audit records, customer support, and service improvement.
4. Data we do not use for advertising
PRYME does not sell managed device data and does not use managed device data for advertising, advertising tracking, or consumer profiling.
5. Customer and end-user notice
Customers are responsible for informing their employees, contractors, or authorized device users that their devices are managed and that device information may be processed for enterprise management purposes before enrollment.
6. Location and sensitive data
Location-related information is processed only when enabled by the customer for supported business use cases and disclosed to relevant users. PRYME does not collect personal content such as private messages, photos, call recordings, or personal browsing content through the management console.
7. Sharing and subprocessors
We may share data with service providers that help operate hosting, security, support, analytics, email, and customer management systems. These providers are required to process information for PRYME service purposes only.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, support security audits, and enforce service agreements. Customers may request deletion of customer-controlled data subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect customer information, including access controls, audit records, encryption in transit where applicable, and limited administrator access.
