Terms of Service
These terms describe the permitted use of PRYME Enterprise Mobility for enterprise Android device management.

1. Service provider
PRYME Enterprise Mobility is provided by PRYME THE REVOLUTION COMPANY LIMITED, Business Registration No. 0835562008907, registered in Phuket, Thailand.
2. Authorized use
The service is intended for enterprise device management of company-owned or business-authorized Android devices only. Customers may use the service to enroll devices, assign policies, manage approved business applications, monitor compliance, and perform supported remote administration actions.
3. Prohibited use
Customers may not use the service for consumer device financing, payment-based device restriction, rent-to-own device control, unlawful surveillance, monitoring-only services independent of enterprise management, advertising tracking, unauthorized app installation, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must have authority to manage enrolled devices, provide required notices to users, obtain necessary consents, maintain accurate administrator access, and comply with applicable employment, privacy, telecommunications, and data protection laws.
5. Device users
Customers are responsible for telling users that their Android devices are managed, what policies may apply, what information may be visible to administrators, and how users can obtain support.
6. Administrator access
Customers must protect administrator credentials and ensure that only authorized personnel can access device management features.
7. Service changes
PRYME may update service features, documentation, policies, and technical requirements to improve security, reliability, compliance, or compatibility.
8. Trademarks and third-party services
Android, Android Enterprise, Google Play and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. PRYME is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Use of third-party platforms may be subject to additional terms from those providers.
